Sales Representative

Farmingdale, NY

We’re EEG Video, a media technology company with customers including nearly all of the largest broadcasting, cable, and OTT/streaming media players in the US. We have a talented and growing staff operating out of our Brooklyn and Farmingdale offices, and we’re looking to add to our team.

We are seeking a Sales Representative for our growing line of accessibility technology solutions serving the professional broadcast production and A/V industries. This position will work closely with the Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to build better relationships with customers and prospects.

The position is temporarily remote (due to COVID), with plans to move onsite at EEG's manufacturing and shipping office in Farmingdale, NY.


  • Contact prospective customers from events, advertising, and other efforts
  • Bring in new accounts through industry networking and targeted outreach
  • Manage incoming sales requests through phone and email
  • Manage relationships with assigned existing customers and accounts by using our CRM
  • Provide demos and presentations to educate leads and keep customers up to date
  • Target growth opportunities and proactively meet customers’ needs
  • Work with the Engineering and Marketing departments to prepare customer solution proposals
  • Work with the Support and Customer Success departments to better serve customers
  • Meet quarterly goals set for yourself and for the team
  • 10-15% travel time to meet with customers and attend trade shows, primarily within the USA


  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Ability to describe technology products fluently, with a solid and up-to-date understanding of basic high-level concepts in computer software, IT/networking, and cloud
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Building great relationships with customers and prospects
  • Passionate about helping people through the power of accessibility technology

Expected salary range is $65K-$75K, plus additional opportunities for performance bonus compensation.
